Getting help faster

A little detail goes a long way. When you ask for help, try to include:

  • Your TradingView username (and Discord, if relevant).
  • Which tool or plan you're using.
  • What you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
  • A screenshot of your chart or settings where possible.

Aslan team members will never ask for your password or for control of your funds. Be cautious of anyone in community channels claiming to offer "guaranteed returns" or account management on our behalf — that isn't us.
